Who is rebecca lynn farrell?

Rebecca Lynn Farrell was born in Mobile, Alabama. Her father, Philip K Weingart, was a computer programmer and her mother, Lorraine E Gheary, was at various times in her life a substitute teacher, a nurse, and a stay at home mother. Rebecca was one of 4 children who grew up exploring the woods near her house in Mobile. She loved to study ballet, do gymnastics, and specialized in playing dress up and make believe. She was 8 years old when the family chose to be closer to extended family in Pittsburg, PA and moved to Havertown, a suburb of Philadelphia. Rebecca attended a small school (63 students ranging from K-12) in the basement of a synagogue close to her home. She also sang in the children’s singing group at the local church. Over her schooling career, Rebecca went to 7 different schools in 9.5 years. As a young adult she became a single mother at the age of 23 and decided to go to nursing school to support her small family. She spent years as a single mom going to school, and bartending. By the time she graduated she had married Eoin Farrell, an Irish born account manager who had been living in Philadelphia. After giving birth to a second child, the family moved to rural NM and started building an off grid, hand built earth bag house. After the birth of her third child and the death of her dream of becoming a Nurse Midwife, Rebecca discovered her passion for acting. She attended a 6 month intensive acting program at Sol Acting Academy in Albuquerque, NM and from there, dove head first into the industry. So far, she can be seen in A Beautiful Nothing (2019), Muffler Bruthlers (2021), Non-Conventional (2021), and Use Hand (2022); And her voice can be heard in the video game Facade (2022). She has also jumped into the live theatre community in Albuquerque and was featured in Letters to a Dead Poet (The X Theatre), and SHOUT (Actor’s Studio 66). She continues to grow in her love and skill of acting and is eager to support the artistic community locally and world wide.
